A 60 minute Full body fitness class held in Woodford Green. The class begins with 20 minutes of warm up aerobics exercises 20 minutes Full body conditioning exercises. 10-20 minutes of floor exercises and cool down stretch and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels.Classes are designed for all fitness levels and all exercises can be adapted to suit everyone.
