Private One to one sessions are tailored specifically to meet your individual needs, following a pre screening questionnaire and conversation. Included is a personalised plan to practice at home. With individualised attention and guidance, you can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working on improving an injury , a specific goal or pre and post natal

Exercising safely during and after pregnancy can be hugely beneficial to both mother and baby. During the pregnancy exercise can help with the symptoms of pregnancy such as weight gain and back pain, and aid a healthy birth. Postnatal exercise can help with regaining energy and retuning back to full fitness safely.
Sessions are 60minutes and delivered at a time that suits you.

if you find it hard to get to a regular class or workout, share the cost of a personalised home workout session with family or friends. A workout tailored to your individual needs. Following pre screening questionnaires and fitness appraisal, the sessions offer more individualised attention and guidance than larger group classes and can include specific classes sport specific exercises, strength and resistance, Yoga and Pilates exercises.

A 60 minute group fitness class held in Woodford Green. The class begins with 20 minutes of warm up aerobics exercises 20 minutes Full body conditioning exercises. 10-20 minutes of floor exercises and cool down stretch and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels.Classes are designed for all fitness levels and all exercises can be adapted to suit everyone.
